APAM PISANG COKLAT

(A)Sifted:
2 cups  Plain flour
2 tbsps Cocoa powder
1 tsp     Baking powder
1 tsp     Bicarbonate of soda(optional)

(B):
1 cup  Bananas(Emas/Berangan)mashed
1 cup  Oil(any kind)
1 1/2 cups Brown sugar/1 cup granulated sugar
2         Eggs

1. Sift A over a bowl.
2. Pour in B into A and mix well.
3. Pour into apam moulds or small cups and steam over high heat for 20-25 minutes.
    You can use a cake tin,too. Steam for 1 hour.
